1. How do I book a place for my child at the Holiday Camp?

You can book your child’s place quickly and securely online Book Now Simply choose your preferred location, date to get started.

Yes, you can book multiple children during a single checkout. Just select the appropriate number of spots and provide each child’s details when prompted.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after completing your booking. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Bookings typically close 24 hours before the camp start date or when spaces are full. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, as sessions often fill up quickly.

If you need to amend your booking (such as changing dates), please contact our support team at [email protected] as early as possible. We cannot guarantee a change however we can consider it based on availability and confirm back to you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online system along with payment through childcare vouchers. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or in-person payments.

1. What should my child bring each day?

Please pack a labelled water bottle, a nut-free packed lunch, and two snacks. Comfortable clothing suitable for play is also recommended.

No additional materials are required. All equipment, tools, and project materials are provided at the camp.

We recommend leaving electronic devices at home. If a device is brought, it must remain in the child’s bag unless otherwise instructed.

Please inform us of any medical needs or allergies during booking and pack any essential medications clearly labelled. All medication must be handed to the camp leader at drop-off.

Yes, please provide a coat or sun hat depending on the weather, as some activities take place outside.

No, meals and snacks must be brought from home. We are a nut-free camp—please check all labels before packing food.

1. What are the age groups for the Holiday Camp?

We offer three tailored age groups:

  • Explorers (Ages 4–6)
  • Innovators (Ages 7–9)
  • Pioneers (Ages 10–12)

If your child is on the cusp of an age group and you feel they’d benefit from a different level, please contact us before booking. We assess this on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, children are grouped with peers in the same age band to ensure age-appropriate activities, safety, and social interaction.

For most activities, groups remain separate. However, they may see each other during breaks or shared events. This helps each child get the best learning experience.

Currently, our Pioneers group is designed for children up to age 12. However, if your 13-year-old is keen to join, feel free to contact us—we occasionally allow flexible placements.

Age is determined at the time of booking. If your child celebrates a birthday during the camp, we celebrate with them but do not change their group mid-week.

1. Who supervises the children at camp?

All sessions are run by trained instructors with enhanced DBS checks and first-aid certification. We maintain a low staff-to-child ratio for safety and engagement.

We follow a strict safeguarding and emergency protocol, including regular drills, a designated first-aider onsite, and prompt parent contact in case of any incident.

Yes, all staff undergo enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, and safeguarding training before working at any of our camps.

First-aid-trained staff respond immediately and contact parents or emergency services if required. Emergency contacts must be up to date in your booking profile.

Children are signed in and out each day by an authorised adult. Visitors are never allowed on-site during camp hours, and access is monitored closely.

We follow the latest government guidance on hygiene, cleaning, and illness management. Children showing signs of illness will be safely isolated until collected.

1. What time is drop-off and pick-up?

Drop-off is between 8:45–9:00 AM. Pick-up is between 3:45–4:00 PM unless otherwise stated on your booking.

Only pre-authorised adults listed in your booking form may collect your child. ID may be requested for security reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early drop-offs or late pick-ups unless you’ve pre-booked an extended day option, if available.

Please call us as soon as possible. Repeated late pickups may result in additional charges or affect future bookings.

Specific instructions for your camp location will be sent in your confirmation email. Look for our signs and camp leader at the entrance.

Yes, but only if they are listed as an authorised pickup contact. You may update this by emailing us in advance of the camp day.

1. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the camp start date, minus a small admin fee (5%).

If your child is unwell, we may offer a credit for future camps with proof of illness. Refunds are not guaranteed after the cancellation window.

No refunds are provided for missed days once camp has started. We recommend booking only the dates you are sure your child can attend.

Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In the unlikely event we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future camp—your choice.
